Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about working with us, all in one place.

  • The subscription plan lasts for a minimum of 12 months and is month-to-month afterward. You can cancel anytime after the 12-month minimum. However, if you cancel, you don’t keep the site (otherwise, everyone would do that, and we'd be out of business!).

  • If you cancel before the 12-month minimum, you owe the full cost of what the site would normally cost ($3800), minus what you've already paid. We value long-term relationships with our clients and want to work with those who share this philosophy.

  • You'll need to sign a new 12-month contract to resume services.

  • Invoices have a 7-day grace period for payment. After that, a $25 late fee is applied. If multiple monthly invoices go unpaid, we may cancel the contract, and you’ll be responsible for paying the full price of the site. While we’re flexible and understanding of certain situations, consistent non-payment without communication forces us to take precautions to ensure fair compensation for our work.

  • We send email invoices via Square with a secure payment link. Subscription payments are made via credit or debit card (all major cards accepted). Lump-sum projects require ACH bank transfers to minimize processing fees. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS.

  • The $100 per additional page fee is a one-time cost. For example, if you need 3 extra pages, that’s $300 total—not $300 per month.

  • If you’re not 100% happy with the design during the initial stages, we’ll refund your initial payment. However, once the website moves to the build stage, refunds are no longer available. Refunds after that point are at our discretion.

  • Yes, the subscription continues indefinitely. Subscriptions are structured to provide value over the long term. While it may take 2-3 years for us to earn the equivalent of a lump-sum payment, we rely on this recurring income to maintain and improve your website and provide consistent support.

  • No, there is no buyout price after the 12-month minimum. Subscriptions are designed for long-term partnerships, and we rely on the recurring income for stability and to continue offering high-quality service.

  • Yes! For $50 per month, you can add unlimited edits and support to the lump-sum package. This requires a 12-month minimum commitment. If you cancel and want to reinstate the service later, you’ll need to sign another 12-month commitment.

  • Lump Sum: Pay upfront and save money in the long run. Ideal for those with cash flow available to invest initially. Subscription: Spread the cost into small, manageable payments over time. You’ll pay more over time but benefit from continuous support and service.

  • Yes and no. Our packages include on-page SEO elements such as fast load times, accessibility, meta tags, sitemap generation, and some content creation.

  • No, e-commerce sites require more work and higher costs, which are not feasible for a $175/month subscription plan.

  • Yes, you own your domain. Even if we purchased it for you, we'll transfer it to you if you cancel.

  • We typically complete websites within 2-4 weeks. The timeline depends on how quickly clients provide content and images and the availability of our team.

  • No, you don't keep the website. However, you retain ownership of your domain and any assets (e.g., images, logos).

  • Yes, you always own your domain. Even if we purchased it on your behalf, it's yours to keep.

  • No, all our websites are custom-coded from scratch. This ensures optimal performance, security, and maintainability.

  • Custom code offers better security, faster load times, lower maintenance, and easier customization. It avoids the bloat and vulnerabilities often associated with WordPress and its plugins.
